IS THERE A “RIGHT” AGE TO START BALLROOM DANCING?

The age starting from 5-16 is when the children are the most emotional and somewhat hormonal. This is the age of confidence, poise and sureness in which the child learns how to deal with different people around them. This also allows them to perform effectively and execute each step precisely.
In the young adulthood, which begins at the age of 20 and ends at almost 35. This is the age when an individual begins to make new friends, create groups and teams, compete with new people and fall in love.
Onwards, at the age of 35-50, individuals do different amazing and adventurous things. Moreover, this is the time when the individuals develop their own style, enjoy being around a friendly company, attach with the significant other emotionally and enjoy life to the fullest. This helps in opening up and performing each and every dance step flawlessly.
Similarly, an elderly citizen with an age of 50-90 adores expressing their love and adoration for their spouse by inviting them to a dance floor. They can rejoice their youthful days by dancing to their wedding song, and it would allow them to commemorate their years together with ultimate grace and sophistication.
A majority of the people resort to dancing as a mean to express themselves or, as a way to boost their confidence, and it could occur at any phase in their lives. You can find dance studios that are entirely dedicated to senior citizens or, you will come across dance centers that enroll young students, and they are taught the fundamentals of ballroom dancing by an expert instructor.
The beauty of ballroom dancing or any type of dancing is that it is inclusive and it practices inclusivity in majority of its areas.
