This 1-2 day immersive program is designed to help you connect with your body, learn ultimate secrets and knowledge and empower your mind. You will get a chance to learn surprising secrets and facts that will empower your minset. You will get the best insights from the highly professional and experienced instructors of physiology, health, mindset, dance techniques and productivity.
At Progress Training Camp, you will learn to balance and restore the physiology of your body as you participate in the special Galaxy Dance design program with the best coaches.
With expert advice, you will learn more about your body, allowing you to effectively improve your health. There are various exercises designed to increase your confidence and strength. The best thing is that you will surely enjoy your time in the most effective way. You will truly enjoy the dance life.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Training provides the opportunity to fully immerse oneself in all things dance: the history of music and dance, dance basics, physical activity, performing, acting, creating emotional images, building social skills, critical thinking and enhancing self-esteem and confidence. You will participate in a mixture of mental, physical and social exercises that boost skills and explore and maximize your own unique abilities.
Progress Training Camp comprises multiple hours (or sometimes days) of immersion on specially designed programs for physical, mental and practical well being, which helps build particular skills much faster compared to a master class with only one hour of a dance program focusing on learning dance steps, technique and positions.
Every one day, two days, or longer camp experience could be different, so every day, plan on bringing the basics: dance shoes and clothes, sports shoes and attire, a yoga mat, water bottle and snacks.
Training camp is anywhere from a few hours to a few days or even a week.
It depends. Training camp includes: ballroom dance techniques, physical activities, mental exercises, games, lectures, motivational drills and more.
It is best to bring water and fruit for shorter camp sessions – enough to provide energy during training while still feeling light. Heavy food is not allowed unless it is a long day or multiple day programs.
Progress Training camps are usually 1 – 2 times per year and may be organized for special occasions to enhance the level immersion environment.
